When are the tutorials and worksheets available to me?
From Sunday each week, you will have access to the week's tutorials and worksheets. You will receive an email early Monday morning with a reminder to access the course materials and complete your actions.
I will also drop you a gentle email reminder on Friday each week.
It is up to you to make the time you need available.

Block time in your diary for this course.
You'll need at most 30 minutes a day for 6 days. That's 3 hours total. It's up to you whether you do this every day (my strongest recommendation) or in one go each week.

I have been researching how adults learn for many years. You will have heard too that you remember a little of what you hear, more of what you see and most of what you do. And it is true. We need to DO things with our learning to learn it and for it to become valuable.
There is no point in listening to me, even if I am wise if you don't DO something about it.
